Student Logins

At Esher High School we understand that communicating and working online is imperative to delivering the very best learning experience for you, our students.

There are various resources that can be used to support your learning, and your teachers will advise you as to which they would recommend for their particular subjects and also supply you with login details for those sites.

EduLink One is the student and parent app to stay up to date with school.  Students and parents will use this to see homework that has been set, achievement points, timetables, clubs, detentions set, behaviour demerits and attendance.  Download the app via your app store, or use the web version at www.edulinkone.com

Students use their school email (username@esherhigh.surrey.sch.uk) and school password to log into Office 365.  Here they will find their email (Outlook) and be able to use the online Office apps, for example Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Students will have work requiring online completion set on Teams (for example, using a Word document or creating a presentation in PowerPoint).  This will also be the app we will use to deliver remote learning if we experience a Covid-related closure at Esher High School.  Students can download the Teams app for free and use their school email (username@esherhigh.surrey.sch.uk) and school password to log in.  The Student Guide for joining online lessons is attached below.

Reading Cloud

This is the library management system. It allows students to search for books, write reviews and blogs, reserve books, create their own profiles and avatars, and add and chat to friends to share their thoughts about their favourite books and authors.

Parents can also view Reading Cloud to monitor their child’s reading progress and assist with writing book reviews to engage with their child’s learning. Parents can scan a book’s ISBN through the mobile app and get information on whether it’s in the school library.

You can access Reading Cloud here.

If you have forgotten your login details, please contact the ICT team on the first floor at the end of the Geography corridor.
