Salary:  MPR/UPR (Fringe) £31,350 – £47,839 plus TLR 2B (£5,704)

We are seeking to appoint an individual who will take full responsibility for the Food and Catering department who is highly motivated and enjoys working as part of a supportive team. We are looking for a charismatic, dynamic individual with exceptional leadership skills, who naturally aspires others and is passionate about teaching and its impact on learning. We have a purpose built cooking room, with a high take up (minimum 2 classes) each year for GCSE or Hospitality and Catering.

Why work for us? 

We work hard to make all staff feel like they belong and can flourish. We create a bespoke induction plan for all new staff, shaped with their input based on their experience, strengths and aims. All teachers get an additional hour every fortnight of protected PPA, totaling 6 hours for a full time teacher. We have a culture of 1% improvements, which means no hour long lesson observations and time wasted producing unnecessary paperwork. All staff love our 2 week October half term, have access to free gym use (with shower facilities), ample on site parking, an up to date 2 in 1 laptop (tablet with pen and laptop all in one), a full Microsoft Office package and a vibrant and social staff body.
