Inclusion Administrator

15 hours a week over 2 days (ideally Thursday and Friday) – term time only (37.6 weeks)

Pay Grade S4: Starting Salary:  £6,402 with incremental pay progression

Full time equivalent Salary: £18,698 - £20,653

Are you looking for an Administrative role in a busy and vibrant work place where no 2 days will be the same?

We are looking for a positive and proactive administrator to work in the Inclusion Department supporting our school leaders to support and safeguard the children in our care.  You will be a good team player with excellent keyboard and communication skills and an ability to relate well to young people. 

The role will be based at Esher High School, a popular oversubscribed school situated in 15 acres of Green Belt Land close to the centre of Esher.

Some key duties will include:-

  • Maintaining the SEND register and ensuring that our Management Information System is up to date
  • Conducting the administration for student Annual reviews
  • Liaising with outside Agencies and Primary Schools, arranging meetings and verifying records
  • Maintaining relevant staff training records.
