Pay Grade PS4. Starting Salary:  £9,605 with incremental pay progression (FTE Salary: £18,698 - £20,653)

Are you looking for a part time role in a busy and varied environment?  

We are looking for a positive, welcoming and proactive individual to work in our busy school office. Working closely with teachers, support staff and visitors the role will be required to provide both general office administration and reception duties. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers to the school and will provide an effective and courteous reception service. You will need to deal politely and efficiently with all phone calls and visitors following established procedures, and ensure good communications within the school administration team.   When necessary you will be asked to assist colleagues in the completion of the departmental workload.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working within a busy administration / reception role and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with strong organisational skills.   You will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have the ability to work as part of a team.

The post is based at Esher C of E High School, a popular oversubscribed school situated in 15 acres of Green Belt Land close to the centre of Esher.  This is a term time only post and the school has a two week half term break in the Autumn Term.
