EHS students march to tackle climate change

Year 10 Citizenship students exercising their democratic right to protest.

Without the ability to vote, this is one way that students could express how they feel and what they want those who are in power to do for their futures.

The student march was to show solidarity to those students taking part in the protest in London, highlighting the importance of tackling climate change.  Overseeing the march, head of citizenship Ms Lockhart said "It's so important that the government listen to the adults of tomorrow. I'm so proud to help them with their right to protest"
