School Business Lead

 

36 hours a week, term time only (39 weeks) plus 2 weeks per annum

Pay Grade S10 £34,851 - £38,529 (£38,888 to £42,992 Pro rata) dependent on experience

The Trustees are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and professional School Business Leader, delivering services across more than one location.

The successful applicant will be the core liaison between the Trust’s Academy Business Leader, HR Manager and the school. They will provide strategic and operational leadership, planning and management of the school business and support functions, including financial, facilities, administration and health & safety ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and school policy, at the schools where they are based.

The successful candidate must be a confident leader who can function well as part of a team, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

At any given point it is anticipated that the School Business Leader will be working with at least two schools, and where the capacity exists support requirements of the Trust’s central delivery. This may involve working with LA schools who are considering joining the Trust. It is anticipated that the schools will be primary phase, and within approx. 30 minutes’ drive of the central offices, which are currently situated at Esher High School.
