HR Manager

36 hours a week, term time (37.6 weeks) plus 2 weeks per annum.  Hours may be negotiable.  Working pattern negotiable

Salary £33,661- £41,890, Pay Grade S10 – S11 dependent on relevant skills and experience

Esher Learning Trust are a small trust anticipating a period of growth. As such we are seeking to appoint a Human Resources (HR) Manager who will be able to lead the HR function and develop the HR Team during a period of transition. As such the successful candidate will have experience of developing and implementing HR policy and procedures, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage and inspire teams and individuals.

It is an exciting time to join our Trust, which is growing in both size and reputation, as we look to expand and develop significantly in the coming years. 

This is a responsible role within the Trust and we are seeking to appoint someone with a positive approach to work, who will provide strategic professional support and advice to the Senior Leadership Teams of the academies within ELT. 

It should be noted that in the early stages of growth, the post holder will be both introducing a centralised recruitment process, and delivering operational recruitment support to the existing schools within the trust.
