Esher Church of England High School

Esher Learning Trust

Esher High School is a popular and oversubscribed school with a good base of support from local primary schools and our community. We are an Academy School and are proud to be part of the Esher Learning Trust.

Our Ofsted (March 2017) recognised that we have worked hard and successfully to improve teaching and strengthen leadership at all levels. They found that our school continues to provide a 'Good' education for our young people. The quality of leadership across the school was recognised.

Last year, we made significant increases in student achievement in our core subjects and a number of other subject areas. You can be part of our journey to becoming an outstanding school.

Please note, we welcome early applications and will consider holding interviews before the closing date for strong candidates in certain positions.

We look forward to hearing from you and details of vacancies are posted below.

As an academy we employ on our own terms and conditions which are broadly in line with local/national agreements. Please ask if you would like further information.

This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. Any successful applicants will be required to undertake an enhanced disclosure check by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
